My yoga classes are powerful, sensual, restorative.
You will learn to connect body and mind with the help of physical exercises (asana), meditation and breathing exercises (panayam) to create a nourishing source of energy, relaxation and inner contemplation. To draw new strength and creativity, to be completely with yourself in relaxation and meditation.
