What is children's yoga?
Yoga is a great gift for children! Yoga promotes holistic development. Creativity is stimulated, body awareness is improved, and self-confidence and concentration are strengthened in a playful way. At the same time, children's yoga promotes mindful interaction and awakens a love of community. Yoga can thus become a lifelong companion for physical well-being and mental balance. Yoga strengthens confidence in a wonderful future!
What you can expect:
You will receive a suitcase full of tools to creatively design children's yoga classes:
Physical and relaxation exercises, stillness exercises, massage and movement games, sensory exercises, rituals and songs. This includes a detailed script with sample lessons and many exercises.
I will also coach you in expressing your teaching personality. Your inner child is awakened, and with it, your creative potential receives a boost. Learn yoga in its entirety in a joyful, lighthearted atmosphere.
Who is this training suitable for?
The training is suitable for anyone who enjoys working with children and is open to yoga. Prior experience in yoga is not required.
However, this training is also particularly suitable for people who already teach yoga.
Following the training in children's yoga, further training in yoga for teenagers is recommended.
Your degree:
After successfully completing a teaching demonstration and a short written exam, you will receive a certificate for 70 teaching units.

The finca is a place with a high feel-good factor, and you have the choice! Enjoying an organic wine or non-alcoholic beer with the vegetarian buffet in the evening, and then jumping into the sauna after the evening program? Or would you prefer vegan and gluten-free options? The women from the kitchen at El Morisco not only sing while cooking, but also conjure up the most delicious dishes for the buffet. In your children's yoga training, you will greet the day with breathing exercises and meditation, followed by the training program. You will be picked up at the airport, by the way. About Us:
Kavita Jeanette Pippon – Children’s yoga with heart, depth and experience
I am a yoga teacher, trainer and mother and have been accompanying people on their yoga journey for over 20 years – including many who want to pass on children's yoga themselves. In my training courses, I combine sound knowledge with intuition, depth and a large portion of life experience.
Back in the 1990s, I discovered yoga, shamanism, and tantra – a discovery that made my life colorful and multifaceted. In addition to my work as a yoga teacher, I have completed training in homeopathy, massage and nature education. My practice has deepened through many stays in India, where I have spent time regularly since 2002.
Since 2005 I have been leading training courses for children's yoga, youth yoga and senior yoga. I also give continuing education courses for yoga teachers throughout Germany and internationally. My heartfelt desire is to give children and young people access to mindfulness, body awareness and inner strength through yoga – and to encourage adults to accompany them sensitively and competently on this path.

As an experienced children's yoga teacher, systemic coach and mother, it is my heartfelt desire to provide children and families with a joyful and mindful approach to yoga. In my courses and projects at schools, daycare centers, and in parent-child work, I combine playful ease with sound knowledge and a large portion of practical relevance.
For many years I have accompanied children on their yoga journey – with imagination, creativity and a sure sense of the needs of each age group. Whether in the classroom, on the yoga mat, or in the park: for me, the focus is always on the child – with all their liveliness, curiosity, and inner wisdom.
During the training, I not only teach the basics of children's yoga and parent-child yoga, but also provide valuable inspiration on how you can successfully design, offer, and establish your own courses and projects in the long term.
With my background in marketing and coaching, I support you in bringing your vision as a children's yoga teacher into the world – authentically, clearly, and with joy.
