Description Yoga teacher training

Starting October 2026 for two years. The essence of 30 years of yoga teaching experience, comprehensive and precise. Practice-oriented, with a focus on precise alignment, timing, and sequencing.

Training to become a Classical Yoga Teacher, recognized by health insurance companies, part-time. 27 weekends including weekly asana classes in the studio, trainee classes, assisting, exam, and certification.

  • About Us: Moksha Yoga Studio has been in operation since 1999 and has been a yoga teacher training institute since 2001. The classes are characterized by precise alignment in Hatha Yoga and deep focus in spiritual yoga.

    We practice traditional yogic techniques for stilling the mind, as well as for relaxation and refinement of the body, in a practical way. My training in Iyengar Yoga and my studies in Iyengar Yoga philosophy, as well as mantra practice, inform the teaching.
