What to expect

6-day intensive course

In connection with Yin Yoga, we dedicate ourselves to the topics of meditation, chakras, meridians and fascia, but also to the element theory from TCM in theory and practice.

You will learn how to incorporate mental, energetic, and philosophical content into your sequence alongside physical topics, weaving them into your entire teaching, and thus creating and teaching more in-depth units with a variety of topics.

A special focus is on thematic sequencing – you will learn how to structure a Yin Yoga session not only physically, but also in terms of content: with a common thread that runs from the opening to the final meditation.

You will learn how to use props effectively, provide individual support to participants, and address different physical needs – safely, attentively, and competently. Contraindications and safe instruction are integral parts of the training.

Furthermore, we will focus on the voice as a teaching tool: tempo, pauses, modulation, and language – all of these influence how a Yin Yoga session is experienced. You will learn to use your voice consciously and effectively.

Focus: Body, mind, energy, methodology & didactics, meditation & relaxation and thematic variations for philosophical-spiritual depth as well as the handling and use of the voice.

What to expect

3-day intensive course

We dedicate ourselves to the teachings of Yoga Nidra, based on the traditional approaches of Swami Satyananda Saraswati as well as modern adaptations and extended techniques.

You will learn the scientific foundations – accompanied by sound theory about the autonomic nervous system, states of consciousness, and neurophysiological brain functions during deep relaxation. In this way, we combine ancient wisdom with modern science.

You will gain confidence in creating and leading Yoga Nidra sessions and learn how to adapt them to different target groups and needs. The voice as an instrument – ​​with conscious tempo, rhythm, and modulation – is also an integral part of the training.

Furthermore, you will discover the effect of visualizations and inner images, as well as the art of Sankalpa and the difference to conventional affirmations.

Between the theoretical units, we regularly delve into practical application - this way you integrate the knowledge through your own profound experiences.

Focus: Mind and consciousness, methodology & didactics, voice, affirmations and visualizations - as well as plenty of Yoga Nidra practice.

What to expect

3-day intensive course/workshop
We delve into the philosophical dimensions of yoga and combine ancient wisdom teachings with precise physical alignment - accompanied daily by classical Hatha Yoga sequences specially developed for the theory.

You will explore the pantheon of gods in yoga and their symbolism as a philosophical and psychological concept, the essential teachings of the Bhagavad Gita, and Patanjali's concepts for calming the waves of thought.

Specific asanas and alignment principles make these contents physically tangible, mudras and pranayama techniques deepen the connection between body and mind.

Through precise alignment, we create a conscious connection between outer form and inner experience - a path from physical alignment to mental clarity - embodied yoga philosophy.

Ultimately, you explore the essence of yoga - Samadhi and the true self - through advanced alignment principles that enable deep presence.

Focus: Yoga philosophy in motion, physical alignment, Kleshas and Vrittis in Asanas, Mudras and Pranayama, subtle alignment principles for deep presence, methodology & didactics.

In this advanced training, you will delve deeply into the world of conscious movement. You will learn mindful yoga movements – slow, stabilizing, and strength-requiring movements, balance exercises, and asana sequences (sensual flows) – and afterwards, you will know how to teach them safely and inspiringly.

Sketches and example sequences will guide you through the process.

Theoretically, you will deepen your knowledge of meditation, chakras, koshas, ​​meridians and fascia – classic yogic concepts that you will learn to integrate into your teaching in a lively and understandable way.

A special focus is placed on body awareness and mindfulness in theory and practice: You develop a fine sense of how movement, breath and consciousness interact.

This training is complemented by deep relaxation and regeneration – you will learn what this means in yoga and how to sustainably integrate it into your teaching and everyday life.

We combine advanced asana practice, precise alignment, and mindful touch into a holistic art of teaching.

Through individual adjustments, you develop a deeper understanding of the diversity of physical abilities. Working with a partner sharpens your awareness of bodily signals and shows you what effective adjustments look like in inversions, deep backbends, and complex balances.

You will learn to combine verbal instructions with physical support – and to tailor your instructions to the individual needs of your students. We will also explore the principle of inner fire (Tapas) as a philosophical concept and work with intelligent sequencing structures.



Focus: Advanced asana practice, precise alignment, ethical hands-on adjustments, intelligent sequencing, individual adaptations, subtle body awareness, embodied presence, methodology & didactics.

What to expect

In connection with the philosophy of yoga (Yoga Sutras), we dedicate ourselves to a step-by-step deepening of the teachings of meditation and mindfulness - in theory and practice.

You will learn how to independently lead a meditation or mindfulness session and how to integrate this content into a yoga class or workshop. In addition to the theoretical foundation, you will practice extensively – both under guidance and independently – and practice leading others.

A special focus is on sequencing: You will learn how to structure a meditation and mindfulness session in a coherent way - with a common thread that runs from the opening to the closing phase.

An important aspect is creating space to integrate the acquired knowledge into one's own perception – to experience the essence of meditation within oneself. In this way, this training can also become an opportunity for personal development.

Furthermore, we focus on the voice as a teaching instrument: tempo, pauses, modulation and language - all of this influences how a meditation or mindfulness session is experienced.

Focus: Body, mind, spirit, consciousness, pranayama, mindfulness, relaxation, methodology & didactics, voice - based on the Yoga Sutras.

What to expect

Teaching methodology and style
The program (Advanced Yoga Teacher Training) is rooted in the traditions of Hatha Yoga as well as Yin Yoga, Energy-Yoga®, Yoga Nidra, meditation, mindfulness and the yoga philosophy according to Patanjali (Yoga Sutra).

At the same time, it integrates modern approaches and a holistic perspective that always puts the well-being of the participants at the center.

Philosophy, ethics, and metaphysics form the theoretical framework that not only enriches the lessons but also provides guidance for one's own life.

Learning is deepened through interactive teaching methods such as group work, homework, feedback sessions and practical teaching demonstrations.

The modules create space for reflection and self-discovery, combining the wisdom of traditional texts such as the Yoga Sutras and the Bhagavad Gita with contemporary topics such as mindfulness, meditation and Yoga Nidra.

Your participation is usually possible both online via live Zoom meetings and in person at the studio. The choice is yours.
