Yoga practice & theory: Deepening of asana, pranayama and meditation of various yoga paths / traditions. .

Anatomy: Functional anatomy for safe and health-oriented teaching.
Methodology & Didactics: Structure of course lessons, sequencing and use of the voice in teaching.
Includes an integrated 7-day intensive week for in-depth study and final exam.
