The yoga teacher training at Yoga Vidya not only gives you the skills to teach yoga students, but also profoundly inspires your personal development. Our training is characterized by a holistic approach that is based on Hatha Yoga, but goes beyond the purely physical understanding and also includes the other 5 yoga paths: Kundalini Yoga, Raja Yoga, Bhakti Yoga, Jnana Yoga and Karma Yoga. During the training, the traditional teachings of yoga are combined with modern, scientific findings (regarding health, healing and anatomy). Yoga Vidya is Europe's leading yoga teacher trainer who imparts in-depth knowledge that is confirmed by a generally recognized certificate (health insurance companies, BYV, Yoga Alliance). In this regard, also inquire about government educational funding. Yoga teacher training takes place weekly in Bayreuth on a weekday starting in January. There is also a training weekend 6 times a year. – 2 of them take place in the Yoga Vidya city center of Bayreuth and 4 in the Yoga Vidya seminar house in Bad Meinberg. These weekends give you an inspiring break from everyday life. Enjoy more relaxation, health and joy in your life with the timeless wisdom of yoga.
