  • Our training is structured in...: With our two-year, part-time yoga teacher training program, we offer you comprehensive, practice-oriented training and systematic personal development. Our program is suitable for anyone who wants to delve deeper into yoga, practice intensively, grow as a person, and integrate yoga into their daily life.

    Over the course of these two intensive years, you will cultivate mindfulness, nurture your body, and learn to integrate yoga into your everyday routine.

    Our 500+ hour program is accredited by the Yoga Alliance and the Central Testing Agency for Prevention (ZPP).

    The training content is delivered as follows:

    On-site

    Weekly in your training group

    During a total of eight intensive weekends plus an examination

    Completion of the program qualifies you for membership in the two major professional yoga associations: the BDY (Professional Association of German Yoga Teachers) and the Yoga Alliance.
