About the fascinating differences and parallels between East and West?
We delve deep into the philosophy of yoga and learn to understand many things in life better and, in the best case, we learn about our patterns and open ourselves up in love to ourselves and all other sentient beings.

Training to become a classical yoga teacher in the Würzburg, Ochsenfurt, Kitzingen area and beyond ;-). I consciously bring the deeper knowledge of India to the western cultural area and would like to show the wide range of classical yoga as it has been taught in India for thousands of years.

    Sylvia Asmodena Kurtar: "For me, yoga is a wonderful way to explore myself and feel completely at ease."
    It was important to her to do her education in India (in the original). She found an excellent place at the SVYASA Yoga Institute and completed her training in the spirit of Swami Vivekananda in 2005. The focus of her 900 hours of training at this renowned institute was on the teaching of classical yoga and yoga therapy. She has been successfully teaching this subject in courses and training sessions for 20 years.
    Further training in meditation and Lu Jong (Tibetan healing yoga) 7 years ago.
    Yoga and the shamanic path have accompanied her for 40 years.
