Description Yoga teacher training
Are you excited about the special effects of Yin Yoga and would like to delve deeper or learn how to teach Yin Yoga yourself?
Are you interested in the natural healing processes in the human body?
Yin Yoga focuses on letting go, mindfulness and devotion. It is a gentle path to health and well-being. In this way we have a particularly deep effect on the joints, ligaments and energy channels (nadis/meridians).
The Hatha Yoga Pradipika describes a few yoga positions (asanas), half of which are Yang and half Yin positions.
It can be assumed that the principle of yang-oriented and yin-oriented yoga is rooted in classical yoga.
With us you will learn about the special features of Yin Yoga in comparison to Yang-oriented Yoga.
How the conscious setting of stimuli, through long, relaxed "sinking" into the Yin positions, activates, strengthens and significantly improves the supply and mobilization of the joints, ligaments and connective tissue.
Our training is suitable for yoga teachers and yoga lovers and is certified by the Om Tara Yoga Center.

It was important to her to do her education in India (in the original). She found an excellent place at the SVYASA Yoga Institute and completed her training in the spirit of Swami Vivekananda in 2005. The focus of her 900 hours of training at this renowned institute was on the teaching of classical yoga and yoga therapy. She has been successfully teaching this subject in courses and training sessions for 20 years.
Further training in meditation and Lu Jong (Tibetan healing yoga) 7 years ago.
Yoga and the shamanic path have accompanied her for 40 years.
