Description Yoga teacher training

The Soma & Spirit Yoga Teacher Training combines in-depth knowledge with a practical, non-dogmatic approach to yoga.

The focus is on the body as the starting point for learning and experience: You will develop a deep understanding of anatomy, movement, and the effects of yoga – and simultaneously learn how to share this knowledge clearly, confidently, and authentically.

The training is designed for both aspiring yoga teachers and anyone who wants to deepen their own practice. You will be guided step by step in developing your own style – without getting lost in rigid concepts or dogmas.

In addition to physical practice, topics such as breathwork, relaxation, the nervous system, teaching methods, and personal development play a central role.

The goal is for you to not only be able to teach yoga by the end, but to truly understand it – and to share it in a way that resonates with people's everyday lives.
