Description yoga
I see yoga as a way to find yourself, to find grounding in the “noisy chaos of this world”.
In my yoga classes there are simple to medium movement sequences in the first part, sun salutations in the intermediate level, and held asanas in the second part of the class.
As a member of the Yoga Bridge Paderborn (www.theyogabridge-paderborn.de), I strive to network the yoga teachers working in Paderborn and the surrounding area.
And together with Lars I give mantra yoga classes as “The Vayus” and sing Kirtan (singing mantras together).
