Description yoga

I am a certified yoga teacher of the styles Hatha, Vinyasa and Acro-Yoga (partner yoga) and teach in the Lüneburg area. In addition, I regularly offer workshops at festivals and events (all styles + Beer Yoga) or give taster courses for interested people.
My styles:
Vinyasa/Power-Flow: These classes are characterized by a dynamic, invigorating and flowing style. After a gentle warm-up, an intense main part follows, with concluding stretching sequences and Savasana. Power Yoga creates access to oneself through the body, energizes and promotes a clear mind.
Acro/Partner Yoga: This style is a mix of acrobatics and partner yoga, combining movement and aesthetics and training strength, balance, flexibility, courage and trust. Sore muscles and endorphins guaranteed!
