Yoga: Heii, schön dass du da bist! 🤗 Ich bin Louisa – ein Mensch, der viel fühlt, gern lacht und vom Yogazauber umhüllt ist. Ich wohne mit meinem Freund und unseren zwei schnurrenden Herzenswesen in Stelle, wo unser Alltag aus Liebe, Chaos und ganz viel Wärme besteht. ✨ Yoga kam für mich zuerst wie ein leises Flüstern in mein Leben – und wurde dann zu einer Stimme, der ich endlich zugehört habe. Yogapraxis schenkt mir Ruhe, wenn das Leben laut wird, und Klarheit, wenn Wege ungewiss scheinen. 💫🌿 Wenn du in meine Hatha-Vinyasa-Stunden kommst, darfst du loslassen und dich frei fühlen. Frei von Erwartungen, frei davon, „richtig“ oder „falsch“ zu sein. Ich möchte, dass du dich willkommen fühlst, genau so wie du bist, egal ob du schon lange Yoga machst oder heute zum ersten Mal auf der Matte stehst. 🧘🏻‍♀️ Ich freue mich auf dich!     Super entspannte Yoga Stunde

    Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.
    Es wurde sich um jeden Teilnehmer gekümmert. Das heißt, es wurde nach Problemstellen gefragt, und während der Übungen wurde ich darauf hingewiesen und korrigiert, wenn ich eine Übung falsch ausgeführt habe.
    Ich würde sofort wiederkommen!
