    Maschas Yoga- und Meditationsstunden sind einfach toll. Es tut mir einfach gut, denn Mascha geht auf meine Bedürfnisse ein, so dass ich mich vollkommen fallen lassen kann. :-)

    Raus aus dem Alltagsstress und abtauchen in eine andere Welt.
    Mascha schafft es mit Ihren Yoga Stunden und gerade mit Ihrer Mediation, mein Leben im Gleichgewicht zu halten.

    Yin Yoga + Sound Bath

    Ich war vor kurzem bei meiner ersten Yin Yoga Stunde mit Mascha und war begeistert. Die Dehnungen haben meine verkürzten Muskeln gelockert, besonders in den Hüften und Oberschenkeln. Maschas ruhige und meditative Anleitung hat mir auch mental sehr gut getan. Yin Yoga werde ich jetzt definitiv öfter machen.
    Ein anderes Mal habe ich ein Sound Bath bei Mascha erlebt. Die Klänge und Vibrationen der Instrumente haben mich tief entspannt und mir geholfen, den Stress des Alltags loszulassen. Die sanften Töne und Schwingungen waren eine Wohltat für Körper und Geist. Ein Sound Bath bei Mascha ist wirklich eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich jedem ans Herz legen kann.

    Im Hier und Jetzt ankommen 💚

    Bevor ich meine erste Yogastunde bei Mascha hatte, habe ich schon einige Yogakurse besucht, fühlte mich aber nie so richtig abgeholt. Mascha hat die Yogastunde perfekt auf mich und meine Bedürfnisse zugeschnitten. Ich fühlte mich gefordert, aber nicht überfordert. Ihre liebevolle und ruhige Art hat sich direkt auf mich übertragen, sodass ich nach einer anstrengenden Arbeitswoche endlich wieder im Hier und Jetzt ankommen konnte. Ein wirklich wunderbares Zusammenspiel aus Bewegung, Dehnung, Musik und wunderbaren Düften.
    Ich freue mich schon sehr auf meine nächste Yogastunde mit Mascha!

    Immer wohltuend und sehr abwechslungsreich

    Yoga mit Mascha macht mich glücklich 🤍

    Nach vier jähriger Pause, aufgrund einer Erkrankung, habe ich bei Mascha meine erste Yogastunde gebucht. Wir haben ein ausführliches Vorgespräch geführt, bei dem ich meine Wünsche und Sorgen äußern konnte.
    Trotzdem war ich sehr skeptisch, wie eine Yogastunde mit Schwindel umsetzbar ist.
    Mascha hat es geschafft und meine Liebe zum Yoga neu entflammt. Wir haben die Stunde in meinem Garten genossen und die Atmosphäre war sehr besonders. Mascha hat meine Grenzen perfekt im Blick gehabt, in den richtigen Momenten unterstützt und mich in die für mich angenehme Dehnung gebracht. Ich fühlte mich sehr gesehen und wertgeschätzt und beseelt. Die Stunde war genau richtig anstrengend für mein Fintnesslevel und verging wirklich wie im Flug.
    Am Ende der Stunde durfte ich liegend nachspüren und wurde noch mit einer Lavendelcreme im Bereich der Stirn verwöhnt.
    Die Woche nach der Stunde fühlte ich mich unfassbar gerade und aufrecht.
    Ich freue mich schon sehr auf meine nächste Stunde mit Mascha!🤍

    Tolle , sympathische Yogalehrerin

    Yoga mit Mascha ist einfach ein Traum . Sie hat eine tolle , ruhige Art und hat jeden gut im Blick. Sie gibt Hilfestellungen , ist dabei aber sehr rücksichtsvoll. Ich bin immer wieder froh , Mascha als Yogalehrerin gefunden zu haben . Ihre Meditationen und Sound Baths sind ebenfalls grandios . Dabei kann ich so richtig abschalten !
