Description yoga
In my yoga classes, I attach great importance to consciously leading you to the individual asanas (body positions) and being mindful of yourself.
Breathing plays a big role in this. Special breathing techniques help you to consciously perceive your breath and thus easily sense and positively influence the connection between body and mind.
Meditation exercises are intended to direct your gaze inwards. It's a way to find a way to yourself. Perceive your inner silence, experience the energy within you and experience the moment.
I invite everyone who is interested to try out yoga with joy and fun and thereby discover themselves.
I have been a practicing yoga teacher since 5th 2010 and give various yoga courses in Versbach. You can find more information about me and my courses on my website www.bayoga.de
