I'm really looking forward to our upcoming yoga classes!
Together we enjoy the wonderful connection between body, mind and nature.
Come to your mat, leave the stress of everyday life behind you, enjoy the gentle breeze of the lake, the rustling of the leaves and the chirping of the birds!
My yoga classes give you the opportunity to strengthen your body, nourish your soul and find your way back to more inner balance.
My offer is not only aimed at experienced yogis and yoginis! Anyone who is interested in yoga or just wants to escape from the hectic pace of everyday life has come to the right place.
We will mobilize, flow, move, stretch and of course relax. And alongside the yoga exercises, there will also be moments of silence where you focus on calming your mind and letting go of thoughts. Moments in which you can only feel and be.
So, mark the coming Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. in bold on your calendar. ;)
Pack your yoga mat and, ideally, a friend, a friend or whoever you want to bring with you and come to Straussee!
