I am Bille Breidert, a yoga teacher/trainer in the Rhine-Main area for 15 years. Here I train yoga teachers in various studios and organizations. Felsberg has been my home for three years now.
In my yoga studio in Felsberg/Beuern, I teach yogis and yoginis from Felsberg, Melsungen, Fritzlar, and Kassel in courses, workshops, and trainings. The formats: group lessons, 1-to-1 individual lessons in person, but also hybrid (online and in person).
My classes for you are more than just movement on the mat. Yoga is a conscious attitude, lifestyle and physical and mental well-being. For me, yoga also takes place outside of the mat, as a manifesto, guide, and source of meaning in daily life. And that is exactly what I warmly invite you to do! Experience yoga holistically and integrate it into your life 24/7.
Professional guidance – as an experienced lead teacher, I bring in-depth knowledge and my 30 years of practice to every lesson.
I take a holistic approach, as my training in Ayurveda and Human Design gives each session a very personal depth. Each lesson is prepared individually by me and builds chronologically on the wealth of experience of my students.
Would you also like to find inspiration, paths and peace in an atmosphere in which you can immerse yourself deeply and be completely yourself? Together and in friendship with others who feel the same way you do.
Stay flexible and choose between group lessons, individual training, or hybrid courses, as well as trainings and workshops (adjustment & alignment, YIN YOGA trainings, etc.) tailored to your needs. You are also welcome to do this if you have the ambition to teach yoga yourself or as a supplement to your yoga teaching practice.
Ask yourself: “Am I practicing yoga just to move, or to grow mentally and physically?” You alone decide on your future path in life in which you can find lasting ease and deep happiness.
