Description yoga
De?n YogaAtelier is a project financed largely through donations and offers yoga for EVERYONE. You can participate on a donation basis for the first 7 days of each month. The aim is for a mutually flowing give and take. All events take place in a manageable setting with mindfulness. In order to provide all yoga teachers with appropriate compensation, tickets for 5 and 10 tickets have been available at a fair price since November 2015.
YOGA
In the YogaAtelier we practice yoga for EVERYONE. The range of yoga styles in which we are trained ranges from integral Sivananda Yoga to Vinyasa and classic Ashtanga.
The yoga classes are oriented towards the participants. After a phase of arriving and getting in the mood, you will be guided AND adjusted in a small group of up to 8 participants. Finally, through YogaNidra (yogi's sleep, guided relaxation) or a short massage, you will find yourself physically flexible, energetically strengthened and mentally centered.
DaniEla is a trained Sivananda yoga teacher (YogaVidya), HanumanFitness yoga teacher (YogaVidya) and Ashtanga yoga teacher (Goa, India)
and health insurance certified.
Ela is a trained Vinyasa yoga teacher and Ashtanga yoga teacher (Goa, India)
dynamic THAI+YOGA+MASSAGE
Through dynamic TYM, also called 'sacred dance' or 'passive yoga', your energies are brought back into harmony and flow. Your body is moved and stretched harmoniously, gently and dynamically ('rocking'); blockages are released by gently pressing the energy lines (Sen lines). You will absolutely let go.
DaniEla is a Sunshine Network certified Thai masseuse in Evia, Greece through Krishnatakis and in Chiang Mai, Thailand through Laurino Bertelli. She has been practicing yoga for many years and came to Thai yoga massage through that. She wants to make this effective technology tangible and share her enthusiasm for it.
REIKI
Your connection to universal energy is cleansed and strengthened. Your body is touched gently or not at all while you lie or sit relaxed. Individual areas can also be treated and blockages can be removed.
DaniEla practices the 1st and 2nd degrees.
