- Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind: Please arrive approximately 10-15 minutes before the yoga class or before the course begins. This leaves enough time to orientate yourself and have a short preliminary conversation with the yoga teacher. You should bring comfortable sports clothing and socks, as we walk without shoes in the center. The yoga rooms are fully equipped with mats, pillows, blankets and supplies.

The Dortmund Yoga Vidya Center is conveniently located in the eastern Ruhr area and can be easily reached by car, bus and train from the surrounding cities of Bochum, Herne, Recklinhausen, Lünen, Unna, Schwerte, Hagen and Witten. For our training, our participants also come from Hamm, Soest or even Arnsberg. This is how you find us...
... by car: Select a parking symbol on the map for the respective navigation address and prices (without guarantee). Please do not park directly in front of the center. There is an absolute ban on parking there and towing is carried out regularly.
... by public transport: The two large subway stations Reinoldikirche and Kampstraße are each just a 5-minute walk away. All Dortmund subway lines stop here. It takes around 10 minutes on foot from Dortmund main station.
… on foot: The center is right next to the concert hall. From the Reinoldi Church you go to Leeds Square (left into Brückstraße). Go right into Reinoldistrasse. You can find us opposite the Posbank branch.
