Description yoga

At Yogaoase, the small yoga studio in Poppenbüttel, close to the Alster Lake. I teach yoga in small groups and a peaceful atmosphere. Anything is possible, nothing is necessary. You don't need to be fit, young, or flexible – I'll meet you where you are.
I have been a Kundalini and Yin Yoga teacher, Pilates instructor, Sat Nam Rasayan healer for many years, and have written around 20 books, many in the field of yoga. If you're looking for a diverse, spiritual, and personal yoga experience, then you've come to the right place.
