We practice a form of classic Hatha Yoga. The courses are based on the style of the Indian yoga master B.K.S. Iyengar and Dona Holleman's Centered Yoga derived from it. The focus is on centering the mind and carrying out postures and movement sequences mindfully and in accordance with the body's anatomy in harmonious harmony with breathing. This is what Dr. Ines Wendler in a sensitive and anatomically based way. Over time, the practitioner cultivates better body awareness and a calm mental attitude for everyday life.
