“Find something you would die for – and then live for it!” Yogi Bhajan
This outlines my attitude towards yoga in general. My firm belief is that something that has survived for thousands of years under the most adverse conditions cannot become unfashionable and is much more than just a fashion trend. It is a knowledge that also leads people in the 21st century to treat themselves better and thus to more success in their careers, in their private lives - in short: in all situations.
It is important to me that the root remains clearly visible. Fashionable variations and trendy styles are not my thing.
All my activities with yoga incorporate my diverse professional knowledge as well as my almost 15 years of teaching experience - the result is technically sound and in-depth teaching. I meet beginners as well as advanced participants and even yoga teachers where they are. With Rhenish humor and temperament, we experience energetic highs and come to deep insights into the true self.

What I find particularly exciting is the combination of yoga and coaching - which has been incorporated into the approach to yoga coaching.
