EKAGRATA YOGA offers ongoing courses, workshops and lectures on yoga & meditation, spirituality, relaxation and health. Learning Hatha Yoga postures, yogic breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises and meditation are the focus of the lessons. In every yoga class, deep relaxation takes place through autogenic training, progressive muscle relaxation, fantasy, sound journeys or gong meditations. The spiritual working basis is the eight-fold yoga path, described in Patanjali's work "Yoga Sutra".
