The Ekamati Yoga Center is a place to find yourself. The time you spend here is all about you. Develop breathing awareness, strengthen the body and body feeling, get to know your thought patterns and see how they change through observation,...mindfulness...
Yoga is so much more than just physical exercises!
For us, Christa & Johannes Schafbauer, conveying this is central and a matter of the heart.
The yoga classes take place in small groups (max. 15 participants), so that competent, individual support is possible. Traditional Hatha Yoga is taught according to Swami Sivananda.
Light-flooded yoga rooms in a beautiful old building and a wooden terrace in the large garden for outdoor yoga classes form the mindfully and lovingly designed environment.
There are open yoga classes & meditation every day except Saturdays, courses for beginners and pregnant women, workshops on various topics (asana, pranayama, meditation, nutrition, relaxation, philosophy)
We also offer Ayurvedic massages! With warm, fragrant oil and gentle strokes, these have a holistic effect and can be as relaxing as a short vacation.

In order to arrive in peace, it is best to arrive 15 minutes before the start of the course/lesson.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing, preferably made of cotton (changing rooms available)
