Description yoga

I offer children's yoga, parent-child yoga, teen yoga, yoga for adults, corporate yoga and yoga for pregnant women. In addition to my courses, I also give workshops and offer Thai yoga massages for kids, teens and adults.

In spring/summer, yoga takes place on the beach on Sundays.

    Yoga von sehr guter Qualität

    Schon wenn man an die Tür kommt, wird man direkt mit der positiven Energie und freundliche Art von Nicole begrüßt. Ich hab mich sofort wohl gefühlt.
    Der Yoga Raum ist sehr schön hell und dabei gemütlich. Neben Yogamatten lagen auch Kissen, Decken, Sitzwürfel und einiges mehr für jeden von uns bereit. Alles tip top..
    Die Yoga Stunde war super entspannend. Der Alltagsstress war schnell vergessen. Nicole hat eine sehr angenehme Art durch die Stunde zu führen und ich bin am Ende total gelockert und zufrieden Heim gefahren.
    Ich komme ganz sicher wieder.

    Mein Kind besucht das GTA Yoga mit Nicole. Sie ist total begeistert und freut sich immer sehr, wenn sie weiß es ist Yoga, da ist der Gang zur Schule nicht mehr so schwer. - dafür ein großes Danke!
    Nach einer spontanen Unterhaltung an der Schule mit Nicole, habe ich beschlossen ihren Abendkurs zu besuchen. Hier fand ich toll, dass die Schnupperstunde kostenlos war, so konnte ich mir einen Eindruck verschaffen ob es für mich passt! Und es hat gepasst -kleine Gruppe, individuell und zwanglos! Ich freu mich jede Woche auf meine 1h Yogazeit mit Nicole!
