    Als Yoga-Neuling wusste ich erst nicht so recht was mich erwartet, aber von der ersten Stunde an, habe ich mich rundum wohlgefühlt. Die Art und Weise wie jeder auf seinem Level mitmacht, ohne Druck und Zwang, aber dennoch als Teil einer Gruppe, gefällt mir super. Roxana besitzt die Gabe einen zu korrigieren, ohne dass man sich dabei "korrigiert" fühlt. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen es einfach mal auszuprobieren!

    Das tolle an den Stunden bei Roxana ist, dass individuell auf die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse eingegangen wird!
    Die Yogastunde vergeht wie im Flug, da es einfach nur Spaß macht! Es wird auch nie langweilig, da es jeden Monat ein neues Thema wie zb den Streching-March gab/gibt!
