It is important to just start where you are.
Through yoga, the body becomes more flexible (and stronger!). The mind becomes more flexible and over time it is then possible to perceive not only the breathing but also the thoughts that arise. Instead of adapting our bodies to an ideal image, we prefer to follow the inner processes of yoga. We believe that there is no "perfect" asana. And that it is not at all necessary to be "perfect" in yoga. It is much more about being sincere. It is not only OK to smile during the yoga class - and the joy of it is even helpful! Come along - we look forward to seeing you!
