At the ZEN-TO-GO yoga studio, you can look forward to high-quality, individual yoga lessons in the quiet Obermenzing, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Our yoga offering ranges from Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga and Yoga for the back to Yin Yoga. In our studio, we also place particular emphasis on yoga for beginners and yoga for every body.
