Beginners are very welcome!
I'm always happy when people with little or no yoga experience come. It's very important to me to introduce the "whole package" of yoga and allow newcomers to share in its positive experiences.
There's a common misconception that yoga requires a certain level of physical fitness. My classes are therefore also aimed at beginners, to help overcome this initial hesitation. In my classes, I'm not focused on physical performance or perfectly demonstrating poses, but rather on an individual path to greater mindfulness and well-being.
For First-Time Visitors:
Please contact me beforehand. In a personal conversation, we can exchange information about the yoga classes, and I can inquire about any limitations or health issues you may have.

My years of experience, including in the field of rehabilitation sports, allow me to design my classes in a clear and easily understandable way. Further information about the studio and the yoga teachers:
I completed my yoga teacher training, comprising over 500 hours, with Michael Örs at the Paracelsus School in Mannheim. Michael is the founder of the Yoga Academy Freiburg. Building on this broad foundation, I have since expanded my knowledge and self-awareness through regular training courses and seminars. This involves both getting to know different yoga styles and directions, as well as delving deeper into various key topics, and gaining an increasing understanding of the comprehensive system of yoga teachings in the sense of a holistic lifestyle.
In addition, I have acquired the instructor licenses “Orthopedic Diseases” and “Internal Diseases” in the field of rehabilitation sports, and for the field of prevention sports, the profiles are “Spinal Gymnastics” and “Stress Management and Relaxation”. Here too, regular training courses expand my repertoire.
Because of this combination, I have a great understanding of how to deal with movement restrictions and can adapt my yoga classes entirely to the physical and vital conditions of my participants.
