Yoga is so much more than physical exercise...
The Sanskrit name "yoga" means yoke.
The essential quality of a yoke is "to establish a connection," and this is precisely what yoga is. It offers the space to reconnect you to that origin where you were in your wholeness. Unpleasant and painful experiences, adaptation, and inconsistent ways of thinking have often separated us from ourselves; sometimes we have even lost ourselves. Thus, yoga provides a space for remembering. This is also every symptom that calls us... a reminder to return to you.
My courses are characterized by their attention to individual sensitivities and are primarily held in small groups.
