This authentic, personal way of practicing yoga doesn't end on the mat, but flows into your everyday life, where you can try out what you've learned, experiment with it, and benefit from it.
Basically, all my courses are designed holistically and I try to respond to the external seasonal conditions and the moods and needs of the group.
This results in a unique character for each course, which all participants help to shape.
