Description yoga
If you would like to combine yoga, mindful muscle training, body awareness exercises and meditation into a complete, harmonious whole, then this is the place for you. This meditative and inward-looking bodywork helps to actively switch off from everyday stress and focus attention on the here and now.
As a dance therapist, I combine elements from Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga with the corrective bodywork according to Irmgard Bartenieff, the Bartenieff Fundamentals.
In a natural, organic flow, the asanas are performed in connection with the breath. Thanks to this mindful bodywork, we can let go of the cognitive level, center ourselves, relax, and bring body, mind, and soul back into harmony.
The harmony between movement and breathing and the activation of the deep muscles promotes the conscious feeling of inner body connections, so that mobility and general well-being are increased. The mind calms down and we find our inner balance again.
