I am a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) and a yoga teacher (E-RYT200, RYT-500). I offer health insurance-certified Hatha Yoga classes, as well as individual and group therapy sessions and workshops. I specialize in mental health. I also use sound instruments (singing bowls, drums, koshis, etc.). My classes take place in the Naturfreunde Hall.
