Since 1998 we have been offering traditional yoga for today's people in the middle of Braunschweig. In the SOLIS yoga school, yoga is viewed as a gift for people. We combine thousands of years of teaching with the latest medical and psychological findings. We teach yoga as a way to harmonize body, mind and soul.

Ashtanga Yoga combines breathing mindfulness with dynamic movement, leading you into a state of moving meditation. Experience how Ashtanga Yoga brings your body, mind and soul into harmony.
3A’s against stress
If you would like to find out exactly how stress occurs, what it does to you and how you can best deal with it, then join us in the “3A’s against stress” course. In eight teaching units of three hours each, we combine the most effective methods from three areas: mindfulness, breathwork and Ashtanga yoga.
