Sat Nam and welcome!
My name is Sabine Rosenkranz, I am a yoga teacher (Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hormone Yoga), breathwalk trainer, neurokinetic trainer and teacher of English and Spanish. I am currently training to become a breathing trainer.
Below I will give you some information about Kundalini Yoga and Breathwalk.
Kundalini Yoga was brought to the West by Yogi Bhajan in the 1960s and is very versatile, as it includes elements from various yoga traditions, such as Hatha Yoga, Ying Yoga, Naad Yoga, and many more. There are a variety of exercise series, some of which are physically demanding and others more calm and meditative, depending on the topic (e.g. strengthening the lungs, strengthening the central nervous system, flexibility of the spine, cardiovascular system, etc.). Each class consists of physical exercises, breathing techniques, meditation and often the chanting of mantras.
The structure of the lessons is as follows:
1. Warm-up
2. Tune in with a mantra
3. Series of exercises (on different physical and psychological topics, different each time)
4. Deep relaxation
5. Meditation (breathing and/or mantra/chanting, mudras)
6. Tuning out with a mantra
Basically, the aim is to activate the "Kundalini" (the life energy) through the exercises and allow it to rise in the body. In the yogic tradition, there is the idea that our body has 7 energy centers (root chakra, sexual chakra, navel chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, brow chakra, crown chakra and in Kundalini Yoga the aura is referred to as the 8th chakra). During a yoga class, the Kundalini energy is supposed to rise from the root chakra through the other chakras and spread throughout the body.
My Kundalini Yoga class currently takes place on Tuesdays from 6:00-7:30 p.m. and 7:45-9:15 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:15-9:45 a.m. I teach hybrid, which means that both live participation (in Dormagen Delhoven) and online participation via Zoom are possible. Trial lessons and joining are possible at any time. I also offer a yoga class in Grevenbroich Elsen on Wednesdays from 7:30-9:00 p.m.
Breathwalk is a type of yoga walking and takes place in nature. Movement, walking and breathing techniques are combined and complemented by mindfulness exercises and meditation.
A Breathwalk class is structured as follows:
1. Warm-up in a circle and visualization of the breathing pattern
2. Breathwalk (walking with specific breathing patterns in several intervals)
3. Stretching
4. Meditation/Mindfulness Exercise
I invite everyone who likes to sing to come and sing mantras every 4-6 weeks on Fridays from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The next date is Friday, May 2, 2025.
Upon request, I am also happy to offer individual lessons and workshops that are tailored to the individual needs of the participants.

    Sabine, du bist eine sehr leidenschaftliche Meditations- und Yogalehrerin. Nun darf ich schon fast 2 Jahre an deinen tollen Abenden, via Zoom teilhaben. Danke🙏 das du mich zum Yoga zurückgeführt hast und mir Kundalini Yoga näher gebracht hast. Eine sehr energetisierte Yogaart. Da ich schon Yogaerfahrung und auch Erfahrung im Bereich der Energiearbeit mitgebracht habe, hatte ich einen hohen Anspruch. Du hast ihn voll erfüllt. Auch online fühle ich mich sehr gut von dir angeleitet und aufgehoben. Du hast eine unglaublich warme und freundliche, mitreißende Art, eine sehr sanfte und beruhigende Stimme und liebst das was du tust. Du lebst Yoga und vermittelt das ganz toll!
