Vier Wochen, eine kleine Gruppe, ein Haus
Deine Yogalehrer-Ausbildung RYT® 200 findet in Rossatz an der Donau statt, mitten in der Wachau. Studio und Unterkunft sind dasselbe Haus: Aus deiner Apartmenttür gehst du über den Innenhof direkt ins Studio.
Was du lernst
- Klassisches Hatha Yoga und Kundalini Yoga
- Die Philosophie dahinter, Tantra inklusive
- Unterrichten in kleiner Gruppe, mit viel persönlicher Begleitung
Ablauf
26 Tage, jeweils Mittwoch bis Sonntag:
- 07:00 Morgenklasse
- Vormittags Theorie
- 12:00 Mittagsklasse
- Donnerstag und Freitag nachmittags Theorie
- 17:30–20:00 Abendklassen
Du kannst auch jederzeit mit einem eigenen Stundenplan einsteigen und die Ausbildung über das Jahr verteilen.
Sprache
Unterrichtet wird auf Deutsch und Englisch. Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse brauchst du.

- 2.100 € ohne Unterkunft
- 2.700 € mit Unterkunft in den Apartments im Haus
Im Preis enthalten sind der gesamte Unterricht, gedruckte Handbücher und das RYT® 200-Diplom. Verpflegung ist nicht dabei, die Apartments haben eine eigene Küche.
Zertifizierung und Förderung
Matsya ist eine Yoga-Alliance-registrierte Schule (RYS 200) und Ö-Cert-zertifiziert. Die Ausbildung ist förderbar, zum Beispiel über den NÖ Weiterbildungsscheck oder den waff.

Du hast deine 200h-Ausbildung und willst weiter? Die RYT® 300 führt dich in 40 Tagen tiefer in Kundalini und Hatha Yoga und in die tantrische Philosophie, in Rossatz an der Donau.
Was du lernst
- Kundalini Yoga und Hatha Yoga auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau
- Tantrische Philosophie mit klassischen Texten wie dem Vijnana Bhairava Tantra und dem Devi Mahatmya
- Pranayama, Bandha, Mudra und Sukshma Vyayama
- Unterricht in der Tradition von Dhirendra Brahmachari, Satyananda und Lakshmanjoo
Ablauf
- 40 Tage am Stück, jeweils Mittwoch bis Sonntag
- Morgen-, Mittags- und Abendklassen
- Oder über das Jahr verteilt: Ein Einstieg ist jederzeit möglich
Die Gruppen bleiben bewusst klein.
Sprache
