Starting with guided beginners classes, the yoga practice develops into its independent, individual and advanced form, the Mysore style.
As a student of Dr. I also teach Ronald Steiner using the AYI - Ashtanga Yoga Innovation method. Individual practice and small groups are important to me, as well as creating a space for the discussion of philosophy and meditation.

Please register in advance!
You can start at any time in Mysore lessons - all exercise levels practice an existing exercise sequence together in their own rhythm, the teacher supervises the students individually and provides assistance/adjustments.
Yoga mats and aids are available, we practice barefoot and with as empty a stomach as possible. Please don't eat a lot about 2 hours beforehand. If you sweat easily, bring a towel and loose exercise clothes. Possibly thick socks for final relaxation.
