Description yoga

In this course we flow through the individual postures (asanas) in the style of Vinyasa Yoga. Movement and breathing merge together and body and mind connect in a meditative flow that allows you to arrive fully in the here and now.
The positive effect on body and mind is quickly noticeable. Through regular practice you will refine your body awareness, sense your own potential and limits and discover your own self-efficacy. Over time, your body develops more strength and flexibility and you gain more calmness and mindfulness in your everyday life.
The lessons with changing focuses are structured according to a holistic concept:
-Strengthening, dynamic movement sequences alternate with static, regenerative postures. The postures (asanas) promote mobility and combine them with breathing techniques (pranayama) that give inner peace and clarity.
-Every hour is rounded off with soothing stretches and a mindful final relaxation (Savasana) or mental exercise (meditation), so that body and mind achieve peace and relaxation in a very special way.
- Detailed explanations and clear instructions are always included, with your own feeling playing the most important role.
-The weaving in of yoga philosophy, music and essential oils make these hours a special experience.
