Description yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is characterized by dynamic practice in fixed sequences. The flowing yoga practice in harmony with the breathing rhythm promotes concentration and balance, builds energy and strength and leads to mobility and health. We want to convey these benefits to you.
In addition to work and family, we attach great importance to constantly developing our own yoga practice through regular practice with a teacher. We learned to teach Ashtanga Yoga during our 2.5 year assistantship with Tanja Düttra (authorized Level 1 KPJAYI, Mysore). We deepen our knowledge in workshops and retreats with selected teachers such as Laruga Glaser (authorized Level 2 KPJAYI, Mysore), Andrea Panzer (authorized Level 2 KPJAYI, Mysore), Kathy Cooper (authorized Level 2 KPJAYI, Mysore), Tomás Zorzo and James Boag ( Philosophy).
We practice and teach Ashtanga Yoga according to Sri K. Patthabi Jois. You can find us in the Belgian Quarter in Cologne.
