The basis of my teaching is an understanding of the human body. By combining anatomically correct alignment with the principle of spiral dynamics, I create a space in which you can move safely and healthily. A key element is deep, conscious breathing, which harmoniously connects all elements of the practice.
My yoga teaching thrives on the balance of opposites: Powerful, flowing Vinyasa sequences harmonize body and mind, while targeted fascia work and calm Yin Yoga elements provide the necessary balance. I am particularly passionate about Yin Yoga: By holding the positions for a long time in a meditative way, we reach deeper tissue layers, release blockages and give the nervous system deep regeneration. Experience a practice that not only promotes your flexibility but also leads you to inner balance and renewed energy.
I offer individual training sessions based on spiral dynamics in the Plau am See, Schwerin, and Machlow area - building strength, flexibility, meditation, and balancing the stress of everyday life. Corporate yoga in the Plauer See, Malchow, Schwerin, and Rostock area.
