Dear Yoga Enthusiasts,
I currently offer various courses at the karate school in Bad Schwalbach:
Hatha Yoga suitable for everyone – regardless of age, prior experience, or fitness level; Vinyasa Yoga for yogis with basic knowledge who would like to practice in a more dynamic way;
Yoga meets the Liebscher & Bracht Method. This introductory course combines the holistic asanas of yoga with the highly effective stretching and movement exercises according to Liebscher & Bracht.
*Individual and trial lessons are available at any time.

Beginners or first-time visitors should keep this in mind:
Openness and a touch of curiosity to embrace new experiences; comfortable clothing (shirt and leggings), a light blanket, and a mat if you have one. No prior experience is necessary for either of the two 3:00 PM classes. Both classes are suitable for all ages and abilities.
In the Vinyasa class, we welcome new participants who already have some experience in yoga classes and would like to expand their knowledge.
