Yogaplus Studio Mainz
Yogaplus is a warm, family-friendly yoga studio with authentic teachers. You don’t have to be a “yogi” to join us. Everyone is welcome to move, relax, develop, laugh or let go. Yoga is for everyone – regardless of age, body type or flexibility. Whether you can touch your toes or not, at YogaPlus you will find support on your path to greater vitality and inner balance.
Our offerings mainly include Hatha, Vinyasa (Flow) and Yin Yoga, without any ties to any particular tradition. We respect the historical roots of yoga, but are convinced that yoga is alive and constantly evolving. Our lessons are modern and practical to provide you with the greatest possible benefit for your daily life.
The Studio

Regardless of format and level, our courses, thanks to our motivated instructors, promote your health, energy, and quality of life. We teach with passion and create a comfortable atmosphere where you will definitely feel welcome.
Opening hours / telephone availability
The studio is open Monday to Sunday at least 30 minutes before the start of the class.
The office is not always staffed during ongoing courses.
We are usually available by phone Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 19:30.

If you've never been to our studio before, we'd like to give you the opportunity to get to know our studio without obligation. Your first trial class is free. Come by, experience the relaxing atmosphere, and discover the diverse offerings of our yoga studio.

In the heart of Mainz-Gonsenheim, on the lively "Breite Straße," you'll find the Yogaplus Studio Mainz. The inviting spaces are located on the first and second floors of a characteristic turn-of-the-century brick building (Breite Straße 28). Expanded by modern additions, the studio combines historic charm with modern architecture in approximately 200 square meters. This blend creates an inspiring atmosphere for your yoga practice and offers a central, easily accessible location.
