In this 8-week Yin Yoga (Hatha Yoga) course you will learn various physical exercises, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.

This improves your body awareness and actively reduces your stress reaction. The long held asanas in Yin Yoga (Hatha Yoga) allow you to sink deeper into the postures, which can release tension.

In this online seminar, yoga is a way to learn relaxation.

This online seminar is interactive. Through constant “online live” image (video) and sound transmission in both directions, correction and feedback options from and to the participants, as well as questions from the participants and feedback from the course management, are possible at any time.
