Description yoga

Currently, I offer mobile yoga classes.

I teach yoga to anyone who is already going through a process of change, has just started one, or would like to begin one now. For me, yoga is more than just physical fitness. I received intensive training at Yoga Vidya in Bad Meinberg, where I learned about and fell in love with the various paths of yoga. Since 2015, I have been intensively involved with the Six Paths of Yoga. Currently, I am based on the island of Rügen at the Santa Royale Resort Rügen in Göhren, where I work as a yoga teacher and massage therapist. I also offer yoga retreats there. You can book me for a retreat as well.
