Yoga school
As a yoga school, we offer you qualified and certified yoga classes, courses & workshops and further training opportunities.
We work with two different systems that complement and nourish each other wonderfully:
Open classes
In the open course system you are flexible when it comes to hours, times, teachers and content. Especially if you want to try out different things, take part in several yoga classes a week and already have some experience, the open class system is great for you. Possible products: Prevention course ticket, single ticket or membership of your choice
Closed prevention courses
Do you have no experience in or with yoga or do you prefer to practice in a closed group, on the same day, at the same time? Then the closed course system is the right place for you. We offer you three levels here. Each course includes 10 units of 90 minutes each. The three stages build on each other. This will give you a good, solid and well-founded foundation on your yoga path. Closed courses run exclusively via the prevention course ticket.

In order to arrive completely relaxed, please arrive about 15 minutes before the class or course starts. Before your first lesson, you will receive a registration form from us where we will inquire about your health status. Please take a few minutes to do this. You don't need to bring anything else with you for the yoga class, as we provide yoga mats, blankets, pillows, etc. have sufficient numbers on site. You can of course use your own yoga mat if you want.
