Seminar content
The key to experiencing this special type of sensitivity is mindfulness. In the certainty that much of what we strive for and look for lies hidden within ourselves, I would like to invite you on a journey inside, into the world of the chakras. Every single energy center in the body has a major influence on our physical as well as mental and spiritual processes.
A colorful mix of theory, yoga practice, breathing exercises, guided mediations and relaxation awaits you.

About the monastery: Gut Saunstorf, the modern monastery, is located between the northern shore of Lake Schwerin and the beautiful Hanseatic city of Wismar on the Baltic Sea. Surrounded by the wonderful nature of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, it is a mixture of monastery, hotel and seminar house. The spiritual center is run by a non-denominational community and the wisdom teacher OM C. Parkin. Gut Saunstorf is surrounded by fields and lakes and has been very carefully renovated taking into account sustainable criteria. The large and well-kept estate park with the estate lake is a place of peace and reflection.
Large hall This weekend we have the heart of the house to practice in - the large hall with 100 square meters.
Rooms The 62 beds in the manor house are spread over single, double and multi-bed rooms as well as two suites. The rooms with their light, ecologically produced ash floorboards radiate warmth. A clay wall in each room improves the indoor climate.
Spa area The spa area with Finnish sauna and infrared sauna, heated bench and relaxation room as well as the massage area with Ayurveda or floating in the Samadhi tank, among other things, round off the offer.
Kitchen The manor house kitchen only uses products from controlled organic cultivation. Meals are eaten at fixed times, lunch takes place in silence.
