Description yoga

Every Friday morning we do yoga in Rosenau Park in 90429 Nuremberg.

Here are the two courses:
Sunrise Yoga 07:30 - 08:30
Feel the Flow 09:00 - 10:00

The courses are designed for all ages, genders and experience levels. Even if you are doing yoga for the first time, you are warmly invited. Advanced students are also challenged and encouraged.

Your first lesson is free. More prices
Schoolchildren, students and low earners: €5
Employed: €10

We practice barefoot. With or without a yoga mat. Bring a drink. It's best to just have a light meal beforehand.

I am well trained and ensure that postures are anatomically correct, but I accept no liability in the event of injuries.

    Was für ein wunderbarer Start in den Tag! Yoga im Freien. Man hört die Vögel zwitschern, spürt den Wind und kommt komplett zu sich.

    Rene ist ein wunderbarer Yogalehrer und geht genau auf die Bedürfnisse der Teilnehmer*innen ein. Super!
