I'm glad you found my post!
My name is Nathalie, and I have been practicing yoga since I was 18 (now 32 years old). In 2023 I completed my studies at Yoga Vidya e. V. successfully completed my yoga teacher exam, and in 2024 my yoga therapist exam. Since 2024, I have been teaching yoga in individual and group classes in my practice (I have been a naturopath since 2006). In 2025, I was recognized as a yoga teacher by the Central Prevention Testing Center (ZPP) and can now also offer yoga courses subsidized by health insurance companies.
For me, yoga is more than just "sport" - it is a way of life and, in addition to the now very well-known Hatha Yoga, also includes other forms such as Yin or Kundalini Yoga. My yoga classes are influenced by yoga philosophy and are accompanied by music to allow you to concentrate fully on yourself and your practice.
