Description yoga

Your pregnancy is an incredibly exciting and new time for you. Many changes on a mental and physical level in connection with a wide variety of emotions accompany you in this phase.

Yoga during pregnancy cannot work miracles, but it can gently accompany you to experience this special time mindfully and consciously, to connect with your body and to support you in this new chapter in your life.

In my classes you will find breathing and movement exercises tailored to your body and your pregnancy, as well as a balance between strengthening, strengthening and relaxation. At the same time, we keep in touch with your baby during the lessons and thus strengthen your bond.
