For me, yoga is a way to bring body, soul and spirit into harmony. In my courses, I place value on mindful and correct bodywork that is adapted to the individual needs of the participants.Continue reading
In the more dynamic classes, I combine Iyengar yoga elements, which are more physical and static, with flowing Vinyasa and gentle Yin yoga elements, as well as small meditative units.
I also like to combine my Yin yoga classes with various relaxation techniques that offer a soothing, deep rest for body and mind.
My courses are non-dogmatic and holistic and are suitable for both beginners and advanced students. Men and women, young and old, sporty and even couch potatoes - everyone is welcome.
